Our 2Bdrms/2Bath is located on the 8th floor of the Cordoba building in Phase 2 with over 1,700 square feet of living space. Beautiful tile and marble throughout, including a large balcony with unobstructed views of the beautiful pools and the Sea of Cortez. At night you can enjoy the twinkling lights of the town of Puerto Penasco aka Rocky Point. We wish you "sweet dreams" on our new mattresses!

The condo is fully furnished, the kitchen is well stocked. The dining room is seating 6 people plus the kitchen island allows for an additional seating for 4 people. Electronic includes 65" Flat Screen TV and Radio with surround system in Living Room and 55" Flat Screens in both bedrooms.

We offer onsite lobby check-in, two fine dining restaurant, state of art fitness center, small convenience store/gift shop, underground parking, eight spectacular pools, two of them negative edge and swim-up bars. Reservation Policy:
- Reservation holder must be 25+.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be refunded a 100%. Cancellation must be initiated by guest.
- Cancellation inside the 15 days cancellation window may be charged 50% of the payment – contact property manager
- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.
- No refund in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.
