The house is located within a 600 squared meters property giving it a large garden.
2 bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other one has a bunkbed with an extra bed underneath. The living room also has a double sofa-bed.
All bedrooms have a closet.
The kitchen has a fully electric oven and burners, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, toaster and all of the cutlery and platery needed.

It is located close to the beach, you can hear the waves during the day and night.

I was born in Uruguay but love to travel to different places in the world.
Currently living in Canelones, Uruguay working in I.T. and Skydiving whenever I can.
I love the endlessness of the ocean horizon and can stare at it for hours.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because I used to come here on summers and winters since I am a child. Costa Azul is a very friendly and peaceful place to stay and rest.
When we got the opportunity, we bought and built the house.
We rent is, but use it ourselves as well to take some rest every now and then.

What makes this property unique

The location is amazing, lots of green and quiet all around, as well as close to the beach.
In summer to take a bath in the ocean and in winter to take long walks in a never ending beach.
