About this property

Recently renovated apt. with one bedroom, large terrace, open-concept kitchen & living room. Located in central Rabat. Walking distance from Medina, museums and city tramline. Quiet at night.

The space
Located in the heart of Rabat, Flat 51 is walking distance from the central train station and is also a few steps away from the city’s tramline. The surrounding area includes the Museum National of Modern Art and as well as other small art galleries. The apartment consists large open-concept kitchen and living room. The bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite shower. The rooftop terrace has a barbecue, sitting area, and an outdoor bathtub for a quick dip in the summer.

The apartment is located on the top floor (5th floor) of a 1940's building. It was completely renovated in the fall of 2014. The spirit of the place is a mixture of contemporary design complemented with Moroccan and African collectibles. Please note that the apartment building does not have an elevator. You'll have to walk up 5 flights, but we assure you it will be worth it!
