Apartment 4 people 1 bedroom Cordon ski area

Located in the heights of Cordon, pleasant little mountain village, "balcony of Mont Blanc", housing belongs to an average residence consisting of 2 cottages. The residence is in the immediate vicinity of the ski area, the caisses and the ESF meeting point. In season a free shuttle allows to reach the village in less than 10 minutes.
Several bars / restaurants are scattered on the station, and therefore very close.

The apartment is composed:
- an entrance with cupboard
- a living room with sitting area (convertible sofa BZ, stools, coffee table, TV)
- a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette + fondue, dishes)
- a bedroom (2 single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers, lamps),
-a bathroom with bathtub, equipped with a large shower screen
- a separate toilet
It should be noted that there are two bunk beds of shepherd (folding against the wall of the living room). There are 6 beds in total but the apartment is proposed for 4 people (possibly 5 if it is a child).
There is also a balcony facing west, on the Grand Croisse Baulet and the head of Planet.
Finally, it has a ski locker, as well as a parking space assigned to covered parking. There are also some parking spaces outside.

Arrival from 16h (possibility of late arrival); Departure before 12h

Deposit: 250 euros, to be sent by check at the time of booking, not cashed and returned after the inventory of places of exit or in case of cancellation

Bedding (mattress comforter pillow) is provided but not linen (bath linen / bed linen)
Bed linen rental (fitted sheet, duvet cover + pillowcase): 10 euros / bed

The housing must be made clean, as it has been received
Option cleaning at the end of the week (if you can not / do not want to do it yourself): 30 euros

Possibility to make available on request: cot, deck chair, bath, bath ring, high chair, baby carrier hiking (from 8 to 16 kgs)
