250 STUDIO - Diplomat Beach Resort

Newly renovated in the Spring of 2022

This second floor efficiency is in a great location directly on the beach with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and a tiki hut just outside. This unit has been completely updated and refurnished with new wicker furniture and two queen size beds with plush mattresses. A HD flat screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player, free Wi Fi and a HDMI cable for attaching your gaming stations directly to the HDTV is provided for your enjoyment.

New windows with impact glass have been installed and all windows are dressed with new shutters. All new light fixtures with LED lighting have been installed throughout and also a new lighted ceiling fan.

The kitchen and bath have new cabinets with soft close cabinet doors and drawers, quartz countertops, decorative glass backsplash in the kitchen and new ceramic floor tile throughout the unit.

The kitchen is also fully equipped for all of your culinary needs with new small appliances, utensils, cooking and baking pans and new GE appliances including a glass top range, over the stove microwave, a French door refrigerator with an ice maker and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the walk in closet has built in custom shelving with a digital safe large enough to house up to a 17" laptop. A hair dryer, ironing board, steam iron and two beach chairs with an umbrella are included for your enjoyment.

Great restaurants, fishing and of course the shops at St. Armand's are only minutes away. Swim in the gulf or the heated pool, walk on the beach, relax on the lounge chairs, eat under the tiki huts and enjoy the sunsets.

However the best part is that the beach is just steps away and the view from the large picture window is spectacular.

* Rates are for 1 to 2 persons, maximum occupancy is 2, additional guests are $15.00 per person per night. children 10 and under may stay free, and are not counted toward the maximum occupancy.

Florida getaway

The property was in a beautiful location! Between Lido Beach and Anna Maria. We enjoyed exploring the beaches up and down the coast line. The property itself was clean, accessible to the beach...only steps away. The pool had a great view of ocean. Had washing machines on the property for a small fee. I highly recommend this property and this condo. It was recently renovated and very nice. I would definitely recommend this property to others and plan on returning. Thank you for a wonderful trip!
