My wife and I purchased this property in Aug 2019 and totally remodeled it into a vacation rental. We are actively retired and live in the Tucson community - so we have time to pay attention to details and meet the needs of our tenants. This is the only property we own so far. We love to hike, bike, dine, and explore all Tucson and the southwest have to offer and want to share with others.
