This rental, with room for up to four guests, includes a full kitchen, large dining table, and a gas fireplace. Finish your days by relaxing at one of two outdoor firepits, but save time for the shared outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a workout in the well-equipped fitness center.

Ideally located in the Park City Mountain Resort Canyons Village, this condo offers convenient access to shops, restaurants, skiing, and much more. Simply walk to the Red Pine Gondola or the Orange Bubble heated express chairlift – both will get you onto the mountain in no time. Or if you want to venture into downtown, ride the free, citywide shuttle to historic Main Street, less than four miles from this rental.

This condo, along with Sundial Lodge #316A, may be rented together as Sundial Lodge #316A & #316B to accommodate larger groups.

Great Ski Condo

Condo is cozy, was plenty of room for my wife and I and our 13yo son who slept on pullout sofa that was reported to be quite comfortable with its tempurpedic mattress. Sun Dial is great location, just a short walk to the gondola or orange bubble. Every year we go there are more shops and restaurants in Canyons Village and less need to go to downtown for dinner - probably won’t even need the rental car next year! This is a great 1 bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo.

No Regrets Ski Apartment

Stayed at this ski apartment for a week and it exceeded all expectations! The location was fantastic, just steps away from the lifts, making it incredibly convenient for early mornings on the slopes. The ski valet service was a game-changer, storing our skis and warming our boots each night so we could hit the slopes right away. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked, with all the little things like toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent provided by the agent Vacasa, so we didn't have to worry about stocking up before our trip. The king mattress in the master bedroom and pullout in the living room were both foam and incredibly comfortable, even my daughter slept soundly on the pullout with no complaints. Pool and hot tubs were great at the end of the day. All in all, a great stay and highly recommend this apartment for your next ski vacation!

Issues Unresolved Entire Stay

My stay began by getting locked in the bathroom. The handle to the door was broken and I was unable to get out without the help of another guest. Someone came in to fix this issue. A few days into the stay, I noticed the AC in the bedroom wasn’t working, I wrote management through the platform and never heard back. The sink in the kitchen was also non functioning— would not drain and would fill up any time the dish washer was run. I called and did get someone to come out to the property to look at these issues and the person was not able to fix either issue. I called again after 2 days of not hearing any update and they simply told me the person said he couldn’t fix it and they would need to send someone else in. I rented the property for 12 days and selected this property because it had AC and a kitchen. Neither of which were functioning nor fixed through my entire stay. I have tried to get ahold of local management a dozen times and have had zero response from them. My stay at this property was completely unsatisfactory and the customer service from Vacasa has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. I am STILL waiting to hear back from the local team on all of the unfixed issues during my stay. Simply unacceptable.

Perfect location and clean

My family just spent President's week here and had a fabulous time. Besides the fresh snow every day and fantastic trails (we are from the East Coast), this rental totally made this vacation. The location is perfect. Less then a 5 minute walk from our room to the gondola. When we were done for the day, it was so relaxing to come off the slopes, casually walk past the huge line to the parking lot, stop in the souvenir store, get a snack, and then be in our rental in less then 5 minutes. One day we went to the rental for a mid day break to grab some neck warmers and extra hand warmers. We had dinner reservations one night at The Farm and it was a 5 minute walk there and back. The rental was very clean. Had all the linens necessary for the pull out couch. The kind bed mattress was memory form and very comfortable. The pull out couch mattress was also memory foam and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We made a stop at Whole Foods on the way to buy groceries. I made breakfast and every dinner except one. Lunch we ate on the mountain. There is a shared laundry with another unit. There was some coordination needed and the other renters were very friendly. The laundry was just outside the door and very convenient, did laundry every day, even the last day so we only brought clean clothes home. There were a few small issues that came up. Vacasa, the rental company, addressed them quickly.
