Beautiful New Construction Home - 2 minute walk to Amenity Center

Naples Reserve is a brand new community in South Naples. THE ULTIMATE WATERFRONT LIFESTYLE IN SOUTH NAPLES FLORIDA!
The community has a resort style pool, tennis courts, basketball court, a fitness center, library and clubhouse with a Island Cafe, Tiki Bar, heated pool, heated spa, children’s playground and Water Access. Very close to shopping, dining and 10 minutes to the beach.

Our ranch style home was built in July 2019. Light and bright, this impeccably maintained unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a King bed in the master, Queen in the second bedroom and Queen sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom. The master bedroom is fully equipped with a 42” LCD TV, JBL IPOD docking station, spacious walk-in closet and a luxury en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, and tiled shower. The breakfast room and extra large lanai have a private backyard. The living room has a 55” Quantum TV and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is available – just bring your laptop. The laundry has a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The kitchen is fully equipped with new Fridgidaire appliances.

This is strictly a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed. 30 day minimum rental required by HOA. HOA OFFICE MUST RECEIVE COMPLETED APPLICATION NLT 30 DAYS BEFORE OCCUPANCY. PLEASE ALLOW 15 DAYS FOR THE HOA TO PROCESS THE APPLICATION (Tenant Expense) Background Check required by HOA (Tenant expense)

Location convenient to Marco Island

This home is very spacious and clean. The community pool & activities center is an easy five minute walk which we did sometimes multiple times per day. The grounds in the entire neighborhood are immaculately kept. The home location is an easy 20 minute drive to be on Tigertail Beach on Marlo Island. Same for the marinas where the Dolphin tours begin. Our Hostess, Tracey, was very accommodating and communicative. Our family had a great time & we would love to return for another months stay.

This is a great property. The owner was always helpful and quick to respond.

The property and the development where the home is located are both excellent. We rented for 2 months, and after being there two weeks made the decision to rent the property for 4 months next year. My husband and I can’t wait to return. Anyone interested in this property will not regret staying. Again, owner was great and quick to respond any questions. Enjoy you stay.
