About this property

In a private domain with swimming pool and tennis courts, fully equipped detached house with walled garden. Perfectly located in the center of the Ile de Ré, a 3-minute walk from Prises beach.

Perfect rental for a family with 2 or 3 children.
Upstairs the 3 bedrooms are comfortable with each a large storage cupboard.
Next to the bedrooms are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
1 WC upstairs and 1 WC on the ground floor.
The kitchen is practical and fully equipped. The living room is bright and comfortable, it overlooks a beautiful terrace and the 100m² garden. The environment is secure for children (private entrance in the condominium and caretaker 24/24) with a park, a large swimming pool and 2 tennis courts in the residence and reserved for tenants of the residence only.
Wifi available in the house all year round.
Closed and secure garage in the residence (except large SUV) or outdoor parking.
We provide 2 deckchairs, 1 outdoor bbq and a garden table with 6 chairs.
In the co-ownership there are also 2 ping-pong tables with free access near the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is open from June to September.

Wonderful house!

We especially loved the wonderful little garden with all the flourishing bushes. We took our meals out there and the terrasse was very quite and secluded. We slept very well in the cosy quite bedrooms. Thank you!

Amplio y bien ubicado

Una semana de estancia, 5 personas. habitaciones amplias y bien cuidadas, todo muy limpio. La piscina de la urbanización no es demasiado grande, pero apenas había gente así que la hemos disfrutado mucho. Genial ubicación a las afueras de La Couarde, muy cerca de todo en bicicleta., Para repetir!!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette maison. Le propriétaire est très agréable, la réservation très simple. La maison est très bien équipée et le jardin très agréable. Elle est très bien située, à proximité de la plage, dans une résidence propre et très calme. Tout est fait pour que nous nous y sentions au mieux (guides touristiques, etc.). Les cours de tennis, la table de ping pong et le terrain de pétanque sont un vrai plus, surtout avec les enfants. Nous sommes ravis et conseillons vivement ce propriétaire et cette maison. A refaire sans hésiter :-)

EXCELLENT

Très bon accueil, le gite est très bien situé et au calme. Terrains de tennis, ping-pong et piscine (séjour trop tôt pour pouvoir l'utiliser) sont un plus avec nos adolescents.
