About this property

Rent large chalet renovated in 2016, with exceptional views of Canigou to the Sierra del Cadi (Mitja pass, Cambre d'Aze, Puigmal, Molina ...) which you enjoy in the outdoor spa.
It consists of 12 beds (6 adults and 6 children), two steps from the forest on the heights of Bolquère / Pyrenees 2000 near the ski station (1,5km), a free shuttle to go to the station.
Description of the chalet:
On the ground floor :
- Large garage of 30m2 used skiroom to deposit skis and shoes
- A laundry room with dryer and washing machine.

1st floor:
- A large entrance with large storage cupboard.
- An American kitchen with large island equipped with a fridge freezer, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, sink, microwave, toaster, large cookware, raclette machine, waffle maker, griddle, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee maker
- A large dining room with a large table for 12 people
- A lounge with an American billiard table, a widescreen HDTV, DVD player
- A log stove
- A veranda - solarium sun loungers and table
- An outdoor terrace facing south facing the mountains for outdoor dining and a terrace area of 30 m2 facing south with spa 6-7places, armchair, sun loungers.
- An individual toilet.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit.

2nd floor:
- A room with bed 140, large closet, TV
- The "dormitory" room arranged for children with two bunk beds 90 cm, many toys and library.
- A bedroom with a bed 140 and a bunk bed 90cm, closet

General comfort: south-facing chalet completely isolated from the outside, breathtaking view. The underfloor heating is powered by the solar panels of the roof, electric booster and a log stove take over in case of insufficient sunlight (which is rare in Cerdanya).
Garden of 700 m2, parking for 3 cars.

The rental: at least a week, no smoking, pets not allowed. Rental agreement. Your beds are made on arrival. End of stay cleaning possible (220 euros)

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons séjourné dans ce chalet hyper moderne pendant une semaine. Avec un grand confort, nous avons pu profiter de la magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Le chalet ne manque de rien. Les propriétaires et la conciergerie ont été très a l'écoute et disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos demande. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
