Nestled in the heart of Old Mammoth, the Chateau Blanc community affords convenient access to fishing, hiking, restaurants, shops, the newly renovated twin cinema, Mammoth's cutting edge Rock 'n Bowl entertainment venue, as well as a public children's playground- all just steps from your door. With three generous bedrooms and 2 full baths, you and your whole family can stretch out and enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer. This property has a ground floor entrance, but is a two level unit inside.
A stop for the free town shuttle is located just outside the complex entrance, for easy access to all of Mammoth's shopping, dining, outdoor sports and amenities, including the world famous ski resort. In the warm seasons you will find the hot tub and swimming pool conveniently located just off the bedrooms, its like having your own pool in your own backyard. At the end of a long day enjoying Mammoth's numerous outdoor activities, warm up in front of your very own mountain style wood stove for some tea or cocoa and enjoy a movie or the game on the large flat screen TV w/DVD player (a TV is afforded in both downstairs bedrooms and the living room). With vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, a full kitchen, seating for eight in the dining room/breakfast bar, community laundry, community sauna/pool/hot tub, private complimentary WiFi, and a private deck, Chateau Blanc #13 represents a tremendous value for your next mountain vacation.
