THINGS TO KNOW
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
Phoenix II HOA has repairs for the building scheduled during the off-season and there will be construction noise during business hours. The pools will be unavailable during this period, though guests can still use the amenities in buildings 1, 3, and 4. There will also only be one working elevator. ETA for completion is January 2024.

Clean and great view

Place was clean and offered a great view. Was provided dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent as well.

Run down condo

Only one elevator worked which caused 20 -30 minutes wait to get in and out of condo. Friday night and Saturday am of check out zero elevators were working and someone got trapped in one and fire dept had to rescue them. The condo needed better lighting and the master bed didn't have a cover over bottom mattress which you could see because the comforter didn't cover it. No dust pan for broom to get up any sand in condo. No extra blankets. The towels and bath clothes were extremely rough and would hurt if you scrubbed a little too hard. Ridiculous! It looked extremely cheap!!! I will never stay here again!

Check in was easy but not having the price of parking listed was frustrating. It’s $56 to park at Phoenix II VACASA wants to say it’s part of the HOA fees but they could totally include that and/or list it in the listing. Parking guard told us our parking passes were included and they’d be in the room. They weren’t and we had to go to Phoenix III to pay and obtain one after going to Phoenix I because Phoenix II does not sell them. Half the outlets didn’t work and there were light bulbs out in the lamps. They offer a pull out and twin trundle bed under the bunk but there was no bedding or extra blankets for either. Our towels, comforter in master bedroom and curtains in both living area and master bed were filthy. Has most kitchen wear to make a small meal except for a can opener. Bring your own filters or pods for coffee. Paper towels, body soap, dish soap and two packets of laundry detergent were provided. The location of the room was not enjoyable. The balcony sits right at the kiddie fountain and it is so loud. You cannot sit on the balcony and listen to the waves which was sad for us. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a cute place but needs cleaning and some fixes.
