About this property

HOUSE ON THE CARIBBEAN BEACH ........
Beautiful modern house 100 meters from the sea with direct access to the almost private beach without vendors.
Cozy and with an excellent location so you can rest and recharge yourself with positive energy.
When renting our house you will have a private kiosk on the beach.
We are located between Cartagena (50 min) and Barranquilla (30 min).
New house air conditioning and with anchors in all windows.
We speak Spanish / Nous parlons Français / We speak English

The house has 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen on the living room and the 40 m² terrace with its jacuzzi pool.
The main room has walking closet and a large bathroom. The two other rooms have closet and share a bathroom. The beds are new and of excellent quality.
