About this property

Rental of a new apartment for 8 people, upscale, 61m ² (delivery December 2019) in a residence of Tourism of charm. The Chalets des Cimes, which dominate the village of Saisies, allow a ski return to the feet.

Apartment facing south to enjoy an exceptional sunshine on the balcony and enjoy the magnificent view of Mount Bisanne and the Beaufortain.
The village of Les Saisies, in the heart of the Alps, enjoys exceptional snow and is nicknamed the "snow reservoir", located at 1650 m above sea level facing Mont Blanc.

Located on the first floor, the apartment includes 8 beds in a new residence. 500 meters from the center of the resort and 300 m from the shops.
Composed of 3 bedrooms including 1 cabin with 4 bunk beds, a bathroom and a shower room with heated towel rails and hairdryer, a separate toilet, a large living room of 20m² with open kitchen, a balcony of 13m² with a beautiful view of the slopes and a second balcony adjoining the master bedroom.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, combined oven and microwave, fridge, dishwasher, combined washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Flat screen TV, free wifi connection and storage in each room are also available.

The rental includes 1 covered parking space and a ski locker with shoe warmer (8 pairs).

The apartment is located in a chalet, itself in a property MMV, nevertheless access to services offered by MMV is not possible (the apartment does not allow access to the pool of the residence tourism).

Possibility of supply of sheets, towels, tea towels via regulation to our concierge.
Ditto for the end-of-stay cleaning.
Possibility also to rent ski equipment in the residence via Skiset for ease.

très belle location

Appartement dans un complexe immobilier récent. Grand appartement très agréable, bien pensé. La localisation est très intéressante, moins de 10 min à pied de l'espace Erwin Eckl où se regroupent les cours de ski pour tous les niveaux. A 5 min à pied de l'artère principale avec tous les commerces. Le départ et le retour des pistes il faut environ marché 200m pour arrivé sur la piste. Nous avons apprécié le fait que le propriétaire nous envoi un message le lendemain de notre arrivée pour nous demander si tout était ok.

Superbe appartement. Belle vue sur les montagnes. Résidence propre et bien entretenu. Bon emplacement . Photos bien réaliste. Nous avons passons une agréable semaine.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location très propre. Lits confortables, nos enfants ont adoré les 2 lits superposés. 2 salles de bain pratiques. Appareil à raclette à disposition avec rallonge. Très belles balades en partant à pied de l’appartement.
