A very, cool little cottage with all the comforts of home and easy walking distance to the beach and all the shops, bars, restaurant, etc. on Flagler St.

Great location!

Our stay here was great. The house was clean and as described. The deck out back was perfect for meals. We enjoyed our stay. Could not have asked for a better location. All the main attractions were a short walk away.

Great time in New Smyrna Beach!

We just spent 3 Sunny weeks in a cute little house located 3 blocks from Flagler Avenue! Location and communication with Leslie was GREAT! Will definitely be back! Thank you.

2nd stay here --won't by our last

The location cannot be beat. You don't need to get back in your car for anything. Easy walking distance to great food, live music and shopping. Very relaxing home and will be back again soon.

This property is perfect! My favorite part about the house is how close it is to the beach. Walk across the street, and the beach entrance is just a few steps away. If you want to get a bite to eat or go shopping, Flagler is less than 5 minutes by foot.
