Beautiful spacious standing T3 apartment of 70m2 for 6 people with 2 sea views (living room & bedroom)

Please allow an arrival for 4 p.m. and a departure at 10 a.m. during the summer season, our hours are more flexible out of season.

All rooms are equipped with thermostat heating.

Sheets & towels cleaned at the dry cleaning (folded and ironed) will be placed on your beds upon arrival.

The apartment is quiet and is located on the South beaches, on the 2nd and last floor.

You have a terrace overlooking the ocean, ideal to admire the sunset or to choose your waves ;-)

The apartment is fully equipped and has:
  
 - A large living room of 30m2 with high ceilings and its equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs and extractor hood, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle;
overlooking the living room, where you can admire the view from the sofa, which also has a large flat screen TV.

The apartment is equipped with broadband WIFI as well as multi-channel television.

- a terrace overlooking the ocean with table and 6 chairs.

- 2 pretty bedrooms:

             - a first bedroom of 20m2 on 2 levels with 1 double bed 140x190, 1 bed 90x190. A dressing room.

- a second of 15m2 with 1 double bed in 140x190 and 1 bunk bed in 90x190 with sea view. A dressing room.

All mattresses, duvets, pillows, sheets, towels are new.

- a bathroom with sink, bath / shower, towel dryer, hair dryer.

- 1 closet in the corridor to store all your gliding equipment (surf, bodyboards, skate) or other (NO bike in the apartment, thank you;))

The shops are accessible on foot (bakery, Carrefour Contact ...) and you also have immediate access to the cycle paths to go for a walk and enjoy Carcans, Lac du Moutchic or Maubuisson, the Arcachon Bay and for the brave the tracks go to Bordeaux ...

Lacanau Océan is a paradise for surfers, paddle, kite surfing & many other activities also available out of season: hiking, cycling, horse riding, tennis ...
Lacanau Océan also has a GOLF and a CASINO for players or for a moment of relaxation.
