Excellente adresse

C'est un appartement très bien situé à proximité de la plage et du centre du Moulleau. Ce duplex convient parfaitement à une famille avec des ados, l'étage leur convenant à merveille. Très bien équipé cet appartement est tout à fait agréable à vivre.

Super séjour au Moulleau !

L'appartement est très bien équipé, et bien situé, commerces, plage, tout peut se faire à pied ! Le parking est appréciable même si la sortie des voitures nécessite quelques manœuvres. La climatisation est un vrai plus. Cassandre, qui nous a accueillis, a été très à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Appartement conforme à l’annonce.

Seul bémol, l’isolation phonique des fenêtres n’est pas au top. Les fêtards de la nuit et les livraisons aux commerces du dessous, raccourcissent les nuits.

Appartement très agréable

Situé à 100m du bord de l'eau, dans un quartier résidentiel mais animé même mi-octobre l'appartement a beaucoup d'avantages : vaste, clair et bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. Un petit bémol : l'entrée du parking dans la cour privative est très étroite et ne convient pas pour des voitures larges. A signaler sur l'annonce car en saison haute un parking privé est un plus. Cassandre, qui nous a accueillies est très aimable et à notre écoute. Bonne adresse, à conseiller.
