Enchanting and idyllic setting located 2 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Saint Martin, you can enjoy the tranquility and softness of the Caribbean trade winds all year round.

The 40m2 accommodation is comfortably equipped and fully air conditioned. The 10m2 terrace gives access to the tropical garden but also to the swimming pools of the residence.

The apartment is composed of an air-conditioned living room with an American kitchen opening onto a terrace which will allow you to take your meals facing the garden and the swimming pool. An air fan completes this main room.
The living room has a flat screen, unlimited internet access and a convertible sofa with comfortable bedding (140 cm x 190 cm).
The air-conditioned bedroom has a Queen size bed (160cmx200cm), a wardrobe for storing your belongings and a fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge / freezer, a coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. sufficient quantity.
The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, a sink, a washing machine. An iron and a hairdryer are available.
All linens (bath and beach towels, sheets and tea towels) are provided.

Paradies mit kleinen Fehlern

Das Apartment ist mit allem auagestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt, und liegt an einer abseits gelegenen, sehr schönen Bucht. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig, doch tagsüber herrscht öfters Lärm, vor allem, wenn der Rasen gepflegt wird. Aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage ist ein Mietwagen sehr zu empfehlen. Von der Terrasse des Apt. sind es nur wenige Schritte bis zum Pool. Dessen Benutzung ist gratis, dafür zahlt man am Strand für 2 Liegen plus Schirm unverschämte 30 Euro. An der nur ca. 10 km entfernten Friar's Bay kommt man mit 10€ davon. Der dortige Strand ist ebenso schön wie an der Anse Marcel. Unsere Gastgeber waren stets zur Stelle, wenn wir ihre Hilfe benötigten.

owners are the best

We stayed a wonderful month, so understand things well. 1: the owners went the "extra mile", providing gifts of some food, drink, ... when we arrived. 2. the apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. They provided beach towels, but not chairs. We cooked almost every meal without difficulties. 3. The apartment complex is very well maintained, with mostly permanent residents. The location is both a blessing and a curse. For us with no rental car, we relied upon the tiny market 200m away. The hike over the hill (we did 3x) is 45 min each way and exhausting! There in only one restaurant around also, so a car is needed. The + is that it is very quiet and beautiful and the beach is so nice. Beach: it's a 3 minute walk. The close, left (west) side is really nice and has good snorkelling 200 m out: turtles, urchin, eel, lobster, many fish. The east side near the unpleasant "secrets" resort is not nice: no beach, stinky, and often loud party music. The area is doing rapid renovations to return this to a luxury area after the 2017 hurricane. Our only complaints would be the mosquito trouble inside the apt and the bath drain smell. We just moved to the orient bay area and really miss anse marcel.
