About this property

Newly renovated duplex walking distance to Downtown Carson City which is our state capitol. Granite counter tops in kitchen, big TV in living room, very spacious throughout. Brand new stainless steel appliances, fenced in yard with privacy and a little courtyard to enjoy the summer sunshine or anytime. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and a sectional couch in the living room. Master bedroom bedroom has a TV and queen size bed.

There are security cameras surrounding the outside of the building and at the front door for your protection and ours.
