About this property

Breton family delighted to rent you their main residence when they go on vacation. Our house is very well kept, you will appreciate the calm, the sea and the nature while enjoying various animations on this magnificent peninsula of Rhuys and around the Gulf of Morbihan.

Nice and spacious house in a quiet area. Not overlooked and far from the road by a path of 80 m you can enjoy the 1500 m² of completely enclosed land with confidence.
The house is composed on the ground floor of a bedroom with a BZH bed of 140 for two people - a bathroom with shower and a WC
A living room - 30 m² living room - a kitchen with all comforts (microwave oven - Gas stove with electric oven - coffee maker - kettle and all kitchen utensils)
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms - the first with two 90 cm beds - the second with a 140 bed and the third with a 160 bed as well as a toilet and a large bathroom with bathtub.
In the garden a large terrace with table and chairs as well as a summer lounge. BBQ facilities are available.
For children a basketball hoop with a ball and a trampoline and a fixed bar for making nice somersaults as well as a ping - pong table.
A carport can accommodate a car in the shelter and other vehicles can park in the car park of the house (3 - 4 places) safely.
