Nice property near the beach and playground

We had a nice time at our stay. The place was clean and convenient to the beach and playground. We liked the circular drive and large kitchen. It was a little hard to use background with a toddler since it wasn’t fenced, and there was a large drop off below deck, but otherwise would stay again!

Not as expected

First let me say we did book later than we typically do. We have stayed in the area every summer for over 5 years and never have I experienced such a stripped down vacation house. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, this is not the house for you. We immediately stripped the dirty comforters off the beds and used our own. The downstairs bathroom had a large hole in the ceiling, no mirror, no toilet paper holder and a wet bath mat. The upstairs bathroom had a wet bath mat and when we took showers we soon discovered the clogged drain…after standing in 3 inches of water. I don’t believe the grill has ever been cleaned and was definitely not usable, and there were wet clothes and garbage in the backyard. I will say the property management company was super responsive and tried their best to rectify the issues and make our stay as comfortable as possible. While we appreciated all their efforts, these are not issues you anticipate having to deal with in a vacation home and clearly show a lack of upkeep.

Great location -stay

Great location, walk to beach Would have benefited from some household items in a house advertised for 10 people ( for example, there were only soup spoons, no teaspoons, knives were really dull and one literally departed from its handle, 9-10 water glasses really not enough, no waste basket in one bathroom ( we bought one and left it), downstairs basement bedrooms had no fans or air conditioners - the area was really damp and needed better dehumidifier)....we had a great time and would rent again - these items would make it more comfortable
