Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Area!

Fell in love with Longboat Key and all the things to do nearby. It’s nice to have access to a quiet beach and be in a great community!

Home was exactly as advertised. Lovely, private pool, covered patio, and a genuinely short walk to the beach. Bedrooms were nice size and bathrooms featured a number of upgrades. We stayed for a month and we’re joined for short visits by friends and family. We all enjoyed the home and took full advantage of walking the beach (very private, no crowds at all) and setting up the beach chairs to watch the sun set. We were a bit surprised that the home is set on the main road through Longboat Key. There was some traffic noise audible in the front bedrooms. But it didn’t seem to bother any of our guests. Restaurant in the area were nice and all accommodated outdoor dining (COVID concerned). We also used delivery services for quite a few meals.

Exactly as advertised

The rental on Longboat lives up to all expectations. A well appointed home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a comfortable living area. There are some nice upgrades in the home like the bathrooms that have spacious and upgraded showers. But the highlight is the pool area. Very private, the living area outside the home is where we spent most of our days and evenings. The covered table and sitting area provided shelter during rain showers. At the deep end the pool is 6 feet. The beach is a short walk. We enjoyed nightly sunsets while sitting on the provided beach chairs. The home was not close enough for us to walk to shopping or restaurants. It was a relatively short drive though. The home is located on the main road that runs through Longboat Key, so there is a fair amount of traffic. The traffic could be heard in the front bedrooms though our guests didn’t complain that it interfered with their sleep. The master bedroom suite is on the back of the house and free from traffic noise. In all, the home delivered exactly what we were looking for, a safe respite in the time of Covid.
