## Neighborhood

In the calm and residential area, close to all amenities, you will comfortably enjoy the Disneyland Park, with your family or friends, located very close : you will just have to walk 20 min to reach the enter of the park. If you want to shop, two of the biggest shopping malls of the Paris area are located 1 min away by foot from the flat : Val d’Europe and La Vallée Village. At last, in 45 min (by RER), you will access Paris center and be able to enjoy all the emblematic monuments.

From Disneyland Paris / Marne-la-Vallée Chessy train station → 20 min by foot or 6 min by car
From CDG airport → 1h30 by transports or 45 min by car
From Orly airport → 1h30 by transports or 1h by car
