Great location good value

This is a great property. Size, cleanliness, well decorated, spacious, 2 master suites. It is clearly well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There is plenty of room. But the best part is that it is across the street from Beach Access. If you’ve never been to Santa Rosa Beach, this is VERY IMPORTANT. Beach access is limited. You can have a beautiful home but if your 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the nearest access, then your going to need transportation to the beach and who wants that when this property is steps to the famous white sand. Finally, DeAnn, the owner is a real gem, concerned for her guests, and very easy to work with.

Awesome location!

This was our 2nd year at this property and it fits our family perfect! From adults to kids! Super short walk to the beach and to a bunch of our favorite places! Also, getting in contact with the owner is a breeze and she is always super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Very close to beach and restaurants!

First time to Gulf Place. Great area with nice restaurants and coffee shops etc. House is very walkable to everything minus a grocery store and that is still close by. House has alot of privacy for guests. Does have stairs so keep that in mind. House was super clean owner was great to work with. The ONLY thing I felt like it was lacking was the little things like salt/pepper and a few very minimum items. No big deal just be prepared prior to cooking. Very cutely decorated. Alot of toys in garage to use (we left our nets to collection). Would definitely go back to stay. With coffee shops and restaurants, you really don't need to do a lot of cooking. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wedding Weekend Stay

Overall the property was great and matched the listing description. We were able to walk to the beach and the wedding events we were attending on 30A during the weekend - very convenient location. The condo provided us with plenty of space. We all loved the roof deck as it was spacious, had plenty of seating, and was partially shaded in the afternoon. Great for hanging out to have coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the afternoon. Only two critiques: 1. I wish we received the Welcome Letter a day or two farther in advance as we were already mid-travel when receiving it. 2. Providing a couple more trash bags given that they wanted the trash taken out. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect Family Spot

We LOVED our stay at Barefoot Breeze. The location is PERFECT for walking to the beach and restaurants. We park our car and don't use it until we leave. DeAnn was great with communication. The townhouse had beach toys and chairs we used since we forgot ours at home. We would love to come back and stay soon! Our kids LOVED the spiral staircase to the roof!

We live in St. Louis, MO but met in Fort Walton Beach, FL over 25 years ago. We have 3 children, two in college and one still home in high school. Now that our schedules are getting a little less hectic we look forward to enjoying some "beach time" in the future!

Why they chose this property

We have always had a special affinity towards this area of Florida since this is where we met. We purchased this property for the premium proximity to the beach, biking, shopping and dining. We wanted a property large enough to accommodate our growing family and one that we could share with our friends as well.

We fell in love with the views and convenience to not get back in your car once you're here! There's something for everyone to do here so no one will get bored!!
