this property is UNIQUE! Has stunning picturesque views to the ocean from the balcony. Enjoy fabulous views to the north and south side of the El Palmar beach, the main beach in IXTAPA . CLOSE to numerous restaurants a mini supermarket, and golf courses just 10 minutes walking to the Palma Real Golf course, or 15 minutes to Marina Golf Course. If your desire is fishing, we can tell you where to get that service. This condominium is located 10 minutes to ZIHUATANEJO via bus or taxi service 24 hours. In Zihuatanejo you can find SAMS CLUB, BODEGA (Walmart) and COMERCIAL Soriana which has clothing to groceries and everything in between. The downtown Zihuatanejo market is where you can find the fresh catch of the day, along with numerous vegetables and delicious fruit, as well as some local color. :)

James and Linda Chase are originally from Oshkosh Wisconsin USA. They have lived in Ecuador and Venezuela as well as extended stays in many other South and Central America countries. They have chosen Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo as their second home due to the easy relaxed atmosphere and beautiful landscape, warm and gracias local people, and delicious cuisine. Easy access to the International airport. Well, pretty much everything. :)
Why they chose this property
We are beach people, we love the walking the beach and the views are stunning. Relaxing environment, the convenience of the on grounds restaurant and location to shopping, entertainment, delicious and versatile restaurants. Easy walking distance to all of these.
What makes this property unique
The security is top of the line. We feel very safe and secure at the BVG (Bay View Grand) residential. The personnel here are well trained and pleasant individuals. The bi-lingual concierge staff make restaurant reservations convenient and easy. All security staff are trained CPR trained.
Everything in Ixtapa is within walking distance for groceries, entertainment, movie theatre, drug stores and a variety of restaurants as well as banking, ATM machines etc. Easy
