You can enjoy a fenced wooded park of 5000m2 with quiet spaces for everyone and a secure pool of 8m x 4m with swim against the current.

Located 1km from the village center, in a quiet environment, the house is ideal for holidays with family or friends in peace.

Covering an area of 250m2, the house is composed, on the ground floor of:

‧ 1 double bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower / sink and WC
‧ 1 independent WC
Upstairs :
‧ 1 master bedroom (160cm bed) with large terrace / private balcony accessible by 3 French windows equipped with a shower room / double sink and separate WC
‧ 1 double bedroom (140cm bed) with terrace
‧ 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds with private terrace giving access to the garden
‧ 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds
‧ 1 bathroom with bath and basin

The pool is equipped with an alarm and a shelter / cover to secure access for the little ones and keep the water at an optimal temperature.

A large L-shaped terrace with tables and chairs, accessible from the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, will allow you to take your meals outside.

In the garden, a slab has been installed for ball games.

Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the rental. Pool sheets are not provided, you will need to bring your own.

Sarah, from the Serenity Home Concierge will welcome you and will be available during your stay to meet your requests (tourist advice, activities in the region, events calendar).
She can also put you in touch with her partners: tour organizer, tour guide for guided tours of villages, baby-sitter, personal yoga teacher, beautician, masseur at home, electric bike rental (or not) ...

The house is located 10 minutes walk from the center of the village, where you can find: a bakery, a butcher, a cafe, a pizzeria, a restaurant, a fruit and vegetable producer, a grocery store and a market which takes place on Saturdays morning. Large races require you to go to Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux at 5 minutes (Intermaché and Lidl) or to the Leclerc Center in Bollène at 15 minutes.
On site, you can also consult a doctor, a dentist, a physiotherapist and call on nurses if necessary.

From the house, many paths allow you to walk or hike on foot or by bike through the Drôme countryside, between lavender fields, vineyards and undergrowth.

In the surrounding area, many activities are available to you: tree-climbing park, climbing, horse riding, golf, quad biking, carriage rides, hiking trails ...
