Description: Very nice fisherman's house of 60m2, renovated, well oriented, with patio-terrace of 30m2.
Location: You will be 300m from the Quai de la Chaume (evening entertainment during the season) in a historic and picturesque district of La Chaume close to heritage sites (Tour Arundel, Prieuré St Nicolas). Shops within 500m, bakery, butcher, PMU tobacco shop on the street, 300m restaurants on the quay, 200m halls with a daily market in summer and 3 days a week out of season. At 400m a boat shuttle (ferryman) allowing access in 2 minutes to the center of Les Sables or to the large beach with its lively embankment in the evening.
Activities: you will enjoy swimming on small coves, small beaches, the seawater basin, fishing, hiking on the ledge, cycle paths on the wild coast as well as in the forest. You can also enjoy bowling, cinema, casino, etc ...

 2 bedrooms each including: 1 160cm bed, 1 closet with wardrobe, 1 flat screen TV, 2 bedside lamps, 1 alarm clock and a chair. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a travel cot and a high chair and can accommodate a person with a disability.
 A bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 toilet, 1 cupboard with wardrobe, 1 hanging sink that can accommodate a person with a disability and a shelf console.
Exterior comprising: a new shelter with 1 WC, 1 washing machine, 1 small complementary refrigerator, 1 courtyard equipped with a garden furniture, a sink, a fryer and an electric barbecue.
The SNCF train station is 15 minutes away on foot, the salt marshes, the magnificent beaches, the cycle paths, the 2 casinos, the hippodrome. Puy du Fou, Marais poitevin La Rochelle, Nantes at 1 h.
