Nice, very bright studio, very well equipped, retractable 140 bed, very comfortable sofa, TV, radio, plenty of storage, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, ceiling and floor-standing fans, electric hob, complete household equipment , view of the hypodrome (we see the races and training of the horses). private parking - shops and port nearby - quiet building - bus stop nearby - small markets every evening in summer big market on Sunday.

GENIAL!!!

Ce fut une belle surprise !!! situation superbe avec l'hypodrome d'un coté (calme et reposant, vue dégagée sans vis à vis) et les pieds dans l'eau en sortant de l'immeuble (juste la rue à traverser)... une promenade agréable, à pied, jusqu'au port tout proche... intérieur du studio impeccable, comme neuf, très propre et bien équipé... parking attenant et ascenseur "pour nos vieux os"!!! Merci à Isabelle et Dominique pour leur accueil chaleureux! On revient dès qu'on le peut!!!

Super location

Un appartement propre, fonctionnel, très bien situé : juste en face de la mer (la vue est superbe en sortant de la résidence) , et du bus qui vous emmène directement au centre-ville de Hyères ou à l’embarquement de la tour fondue, très pratique si vous n’avez pas de voiture. Et 10 min à pied (voire moins) du port. Nous avons reçu un chaleureux accueil des propriétaires, et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. C’est une perle et vous ne serez pas déçue en réservant ici. Merci à vous et nous attendons avec impatience de pouvoir revenir.
