Located on the 4th floor, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom privately-owned vacation rental unit sits right at the entrance of Waikiki. Perfect location within walking distance to the Honolulu Convention Center, the newly-expanded Ala Moana Mall, and the shops and beaches of the Waikiki strip. This spot gives you the best of all worlds.

Recommended for families traveling with children or couples traveling together. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots and pans so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal.

The bedroom can be opened up to the living room to create an open concept feel, or closed for privacy. Each room has a portable air conditioning unit.

Located inside the Royal Aloha, guests have access to the swimming pool, outside bbq area, and use of laundry facilities. Free Wi-Fi is included.

PLEASE NOTE: Waikiki is a vibrant area, and as with any major city, there is potential bus noise, sirens, and general foot and traffic noise that may come in from the jalousie windows which face the main road.

Great Location Very Responsive

Great location. Manager was very responsive. While the photos on line were of the Unit, they were taken awhile ago as the Unit has had some substantial use since then. Had it not been for the overwhelming mildew smell from the bathroom (we had to keep the door closed the entire time), I probably would have rated the place a 5.

Although the condo was clean it and the building are dated and in need of some updating. If you like the bustle of city life this is an affordable place to stay. Parking was difficult if you come in the evening. The ad listed 1 parking spot included but the owner comminicated that there was no parking pass available and that we could stay around the corner in the parkong garage. We arrived around 11PM from the airport and the garage was full, no parking available on the street. We ended up parking 3/4 of a mile away and walking back to the building.

upon first walking in to the unit, it was okay and appeared to be the unit we agreed upon. the problems arose when dirty q-tips with ear gunk were found not only in the bathroom but also the living room area. what was most disturbing was the CRACK pipe our son found in the larger bedroom! maybe a different cleaning company would help. im sorry i didnt take pictures of the pipe or q-tips before throwing it away..... the best part of our stay was the location and pool hours.
