Enjoy the wonderful ocean views of the Haro Straight and the American San Juan Islands. Whales can be viewed just off the coast from the house! Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in an area called Gordon Head, and is about 3km from the University of Victoria. Downtown Victoria is a 15 min drive away. Enjoy the hot tub in the beautiful back yard, which includes a lovely pond, deck, pergola, fruit trees, grape vines, vegetable and flower gardens. The house is a modern 3200 sq ft house, with four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. Take in the beautiful ocean views from the front deck off the kitchen, or relax on the private back deck while listening to the tranquil sounds of the pond.

In addition to the two upstairs and two downstairs bedrooms, there is a comfy queen sized Ikea Click-Clack bed in the rec room downstairs.
Victoria is one of the most scenic visitor destinations in all of Canada. It is known as the City of Gardens and hosts the world famous Butchart Gardens. Southern Vancouver Island provides some of the finest outdoor recreation opportunities in the country including whale watching, golfing, hiking, cycling, fishing, sailing and kayaking. Downtown Victoria has a wide variety of visitor attractions which include the British Columbia Parliament Buildings, BC Museum, Empress Hotel, Beacon Hill Park, Bastion Square, China town and the Dallas Rd waterfront. Victoria was ranked the 2nd best small city in the world by Conde Naste magazine in 2017 and the 7th best overall!
Vancouver is a 90 minute ferry ride from Victoria. Whistler resort is 2 hours from Vancouver. You can take a passenger ferry from downtown Victoria to downtown Seattle, USA. and a car ferry from Downtown Victoria to Port Angeles USA.
