Cozy, comfortable and bright apartment.

Ideally located, quiet, close to the beach, the seawall, the port of Erquy, the cinema, shops and restaurants, you can do everything on foot or by bike.
The best way to leave your car during the holidays.

Living room with convertible sofa / bed (rapido system), kitchen area (with electric hob, sink, microwave, small fridge, dishes and kitchen utensils), television, table that can be folded out to accommodate 4 people. Shower room with WC, sink.
Upstairs, bedroom with double bed + a large storage space above the kitchen.


- Secure bike room at the entrance.
- Rental from Saturday to Saturday preferred but possibility of coming to spend a weekend there for 2 nights minimum.
- The charges (water, electricity) included in the price.
- Compulsory end of stay cleaning, return the apartment in the state in which you found it when you arrived.

Sheets and towels not provided but a concierge service can hire them.
The latter takes care of the reception and departure during your stay and can also do the cleaning for you, the cost is € 60 at your expense.
