Petite maison tranquille, bien équipée, et bien située pour visiter les environs. Arrivée et départ faciles Un seul bémol: le manque de ventilateur dans la chambre pourrait aider à compenser la faible ventilation

Ce logement est bien situé

Excepté quelques désagréments dus au au fait que ventiler le logement est très difficile. La répercution de la baisse de température a été longue à percevoir. Je n'imagine pas y vivre par temps chaud. Le preau peut être intéressant par beau temps, en cas de pluie, il faut presque s'équiper de bottes. L'apenti est bien pratique pour ranger des vélos mais la presqu'île n'a pas encore pensé aux pistes cyclables.
