Located on the 5th floor with lift access. You will find a fully equipped kitchen (with all the essentials needed to make a meal) and the main living area are you enter the apartment; the two large windows in the main room allows daylight to enter every corner of the apartment.
Search a bit further; you'll find a large sofa which can be converted into a bed, and a flat-screen TV. Step into a door in the apartment, a doube bed, storage space and large wardrobe are available at your disposal. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom. It has a shower, washing machine, hair dryer and towel warmer. You will have at your disposal at your arrival a large and a small towel per person, shower gel and soap.
The apartment is equipped with internet and a fan for the summer.
Guests will have the home to themselves.

A district filled some of the most architectural gems in Lyon. You'll find a mixture of Canuts, Haussman-style townhouses, modern buildings and an impressive Citroën garage dating the 1930s.
My home is close to the busiest commercial district in Lyon, including butchers, cheesemakers, a biscuit factory, tea, wine and games shops. In Saxe Gambetta, you can find lots of bars & restaurants, some of which are very famous such as "Le Hooper" whose clientele consists of university students or Hipsters, or the Gnôme & Rhône which has a beautiful soul, a nice decoration with nice details that tells a story without overdoing it, quality music but not too loud to let us chat and a nice service.
Lyon is walkable city and you can get to most places by foot. However, public transport is available, as follows:
3 minutes walk from the subway station "Saxe Gambetta".
1 minute walk from the Bus C4 stop
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). Please note that a check-in after 00:00 is impossible. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
