The property sits on the waterfront with a view of Montego Bay's famous Yacht Club. An evening relaxing on the back patio with a view of the radiant sunset is all a family needs to end an enjoyable day at the beach which is 5 to 10 minutes in walking distance. A 5 mins. drive away takes you to the Fairview Shopping Centre for shopping, restaurant among other activities.

The apartment is fully equipped with all modern furnishings including: a fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer, hardwood dining table to seat 4-6 persopns, TV area with comfortable seating, 2 outdoor patios with seating, fully air conditioned along with ceiling fans, showers with the latest exquisite fixtures. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and ottoman, with his/hers bathroom setting, walk-in closet with mounted safety deposit box and 2 other bedrooms with queen size beds and spacious closets. The other bedroom is on the lower lever and boast a queen size bed also.
