Let yourself be tempted by this 2-bedroom apartment where you will be able to have your breakfast (or cocktails) on your very own terrace, just before going for a swim in the private pool of the property. We love it too (and you can invite us any time!)

As far as the apartment layout, things look pretty good:

- A beautiful living room, opening to the terrace, with a dining table that fits 6 people, a TV set and not one but two sofas.

- A separate kitchen with everything you will need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (What else?) as well as all other appliances plus a kettle, a toaster and many other kitchen surprises.

- The first bedroom suite with access to the terrace as well, furnished with a double bed, a large closet and a full bathroom with shower and toilets.

- The second bedroom suite with a king size bed, storage space and access to the terrace too (bonus: view of the sea from the bed), and a large full bathroom with tub and toilets.

- A second small terrace used as a laundry area.

Some highlights and pluses:

- Double-pane windows, for maximum comfort.
- High-speed wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
- Secured residential property
- Free access to the swimming pool any time
- Private parking spot
- Air conditioning system, to keep everyone comfortable when needed.

And, as a bonus:

- A set of clean bed sheets is provided for each bedding.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel is provided per person. Unfortunately, the size are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them.
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee...).
- But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few steps down your street, the Avenue du Maréchal Juin, you will be able to pick your favorite destination, within a few minutes on foot (or way more if you decide to walk on your hands):

- Go empty your bank account in the shops on Rue d’Antibes. (walking: 3 minutes. Shopping: depends on bank account.)

- Stroll along the Croisette to take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats. (7-minute walk).

- Sip a cocktail like a star at the Carlton, with or without alcohol depending on your mood. (8-minute walk)

- Go take a selfie (don't worry, everyone does it) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go work if you are here for business). (20 minutes away)

- Use your imagination while walking around the city center but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets. (Timing is up to you, and your legs).

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
