Appartement vétuste

Appartement vétuste ne pouvant en aucun cas faire l'objet d'une location sans être entièrement rénové entièrement, distribution des volumes compris. Pour exemple et en vrac : salle de bain non fonctionnelle (douche 57x55 cm donc inaccessible aux personnes à forte corpulence), Vétusté de le salle de bain et de la cuisine (non rénovés depuis la construction de l'immeuble), Quasi absence de rangement, plaques de cuisson obsolètes, porte de l'appartement non sécurisé, porte de la salle de bain fermant uniquement de l'intérieur, cuisine placard non fonctionnelle.... Il faut refuser de louer un tel appartement sans rénovation complète. En l'état, il est loué bien trop cher. Seuls la vue et l'emplacement font l'objet d'un avis positif.
