une prestation pas à la hauteur du tarif

Un accueil minimum minimorum :( frigo vide , meme pas de cocktail de bienvenue , ni de corbeille de fruits locaux ! contrairement aux 2 autres locations que nos avons eu pendant otre séjour de 3 semaines en guadeloupe Pour cette catégorie de tarif, on peut espérer mieux, la prestation n'etait pas globalement à la hauteur. cdt

la villa sera parfaite en 2025!

La villa Paruline est une belle maison avec une piscine agréable, très bien équipée et très bien située (proche de grand bourg en voiture). Elle est située dans un lotissement avec une belle vue sur la mer (bien qu'un peu obstruée par la maison devant elle.) Notre appréhension au vu des commentaires mentionnant des travaux se déroulant a 20 mètres de la maison a été atténuée après un contact avec les propriétaires qui ont estimé que les travaux seraient suspendus, du moins limités, entre Noël et la Saint Sylvestre. Ce ne fut pas du tout le cas et nous avons été réveillés régulièrement entre 7 et 8 heures du matin par les coups de marteaux, et tous les bruits inhérents à un chantier. Quel dommage donc pour notre séjour (😢) Il ne s'agit pas de critiquer les équipes qui font les travaux : elles ne font que leur job. Mais il n'est pas logique de louer une villa (au prix du marché) alors qu'elle est entourée de ( nombreux chantiers de construction. C'est trop tôt! Ma recommandation à d'éventuels locataires : attendez 2025 que le lotissement soit terminé. Ce sera parfait !

Tres belle villa, bien agencée avec tout le confort

Notre séjour à été gâché en raison de travaux d'une maison en construction située juste en face. Bruit à partir de 7h du matin et jusqu'à 14h. Maison située dans un nouveau lotissement avec de nombreuses maisons en construction. Dommage que nous n'avons pas été prévenus avant. Dans quelques années se sera parfait !
