Perfekte Lage

10-15 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt von wunderschönem Santa Giulia Strand. Balkon mit wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer. Küchenausstattung war okay, eine größere Salatschüssel fehlt noch.

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour : les photos sont fidèles à la location livrée très propre (et c'est bien agréable!!). Bien située à 600 m à pieds de la grande plage de Santa Giulia et un peu moins de la petite plage (moins de monde). A environ 25 min en voiture de Bonifacio et 15 min des plages de Palombaggia et Tamaricciu. Mme Usaï nous a très bien accueilli. Merci.

Location bien pour découverte du coin mais petite au niveau piece de vie si on veut passer du temps sur place Grande chambre

Les extérieurs sont à l état d abandon

Reçus par la concierge nous avons été choqués par l’état d’abandon des extérieurs : haies non taillées , mauvaises herbes envahissant terrasse et entrée De plus à notre arrivée vers 17h sous 30 degrés on ne pouvait pas tenir sur terrasse couverte par du plastique , transparent La terrasse de l’étage n’est pas couverte donc impraticable à partir de 13 h!!! Donc vous êtes condamnés à rester à l’intérieur volets fermés Contacté le gérant auquel nous proposions de changer de bien contre loyer supplémentaire, n’ a rien voulu entendre Cette maison ne vaut absolument pas ce prix pour une semaine
