Unfreundlicher Inhaber

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit Freunden da und der Aufenthalt ist nicht so schön wie erwartet. Zwar ist die Lage wirklich toll aber die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin war sehr schlecht. Es beginnt schon beim Check in, wo die Schlüssel nicht beim hervorgesehenden Restaurant hinterlegt waren und wir eine halbe bis dreiviertelstunde warten mussten. Außerdem wohnt im Haus eine ältere Dame, die einen rund um die Uhr kontrolliert. Sie beschwert sich über alles was man macht und schaut durchgängig nach oben über ihren Balkon. Sie ist zudem zu unserer Tür gekommen, hat geklopft und wollte in unsere Wohnung, um zu kontrollieren, ob wir alles richtig machen. Das ist wirklich nervig und man fühlt sich gestalkt. Die Wohnung ist außerdem nicht wirklich sauber gewesen: Es war Schimmel an der Decke und die Steckdosen haben teilweise nicht funktioniert. Der Toaster war war außer Betrieb und die Badtür war so kaputt, dass man sie nur noch von außen öffnen konnte. Zudem hat der Kühlschrank von Beginn an gestunken. Wenn man etwas sauber machen wollte, muss man erst einmal Lappen und weiteres kaufen, da bis auf einen etwas kaputten Staubsauger und nicht vorhandene Putzgeräte nichts zur Verfügung stand. Nachdem wir die Wohnung am Ende so gut es ging sauber gemacht haben hat sich die Vermieterin saßen beschwert, dass die Wohnung nicht sauber genug war. Sie hat 60 Euro Reinigungsgebühr verlangt, was wirklich nicht gerechtfertigt war, da uns keine Putzmittel etc. zur Verfügung standen.
