This home offers multiple levels with bedrooms on each floor that will offer guests plenty of privacy - and balcony views! The fully equipped kitchen has everything guests will need to prepare delicious meals, including a private gas grill for those nights when it's just too nice outside to eat in.

The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just across the street (and across a trail) from this home. Plenty of local restaurants like Stinky's Fish Camp, just 500 feet from the home, offer fresh seafood right from the Gulf! Grayton Beach State Park offers beautiful views and beach fun just six-and-a-half miles away. Rent bicycles from Jongle Beach, just two miles away, and ride down the scenic 30a that crosses marshes, beaches, and other scenic areas.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
