What a fantastic place to visit in the fall with the colors starting to change. The cabin was warm and inviting and the campfires were memorable. We were happy to meet the hosts face to face and let them know what a great job they've done with the property. We ate out primarily, so we didn't use the kitchen. The bed was comfy and there are plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the lake view from. We'll have some great lasting memories from our stay. Thank you!!
We had a wonderful time, very clean, well stocked with everything needed including music, something for every mood your in, Steps away from great Bluegill fishing, on Saturday, Practally every cast was a bite, Had a great time, Will stay there again.
This cabin was so fun, it had everything you'd ever need! The beach was loved by our kids. Just enough space in the cabin for our family. The size of the property was amazing, allowed for so much running around room and games. Amy was such a great host, always quick reply when we sent a question.
My wife and I had a great stay at The Red Cabin. The host was fantastic. She gave us lots of information on things to do. Mostly, we enjoyed floating around in the lake.

I reside in Minneapolis but spend a large amount of time in Cumberland in the summer. The cabin is open on weeks when I do not plan to be there.
Why they chose this property
This cute original 1950's cabin was moved onto the property in 2004 from Shell Lake Wisconsin.
What makes this property unique
Wonderful swimming and large yard and deck for lots of outdoor time. Also large fire pit to enjoy evening fires and s'mores!
