Superbe emplacement

Maison très bien située. Près de boulangerie, restos, plage et épiceries. Directement sur la plage. Maison dans une communauté privée. Idéal si on recherche la tranquillité sur le site. Seul bémol, nous avons eu à gérer des fourmis. Angela nous a expliqué que le tout était surtout dû aux locataires précédents qui auraient laissés beaucoup de nourriture sur les comptoirs. Nous avons traité à 2 reprises avec un produit contre les fourmis en aérosol. La problématique a presque disparue au fur et à mesure que notre séjour avançait. Nous y retournerions sans problème. Au plaisir!

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, la maison est très agréable, luxueuse et idéalement située. Il serait judicieux d'ajouter quelques tabourets ou chaises pour poser ses affaires à l'étage, voilà notre seule remarque :-) Pour les anxieux des sargasses, nous étions placés sur un cap face à la douceur des alizés (lever de soleil et lever de lune grandioses), donc elles étaient repoussées par les courants vers la plage sur la gauche, nous n'en avons pas souffert en tout cas lors de notre passage fin avril - début mai ! Merci encore pour ce moment de bien-être et à une prochaine fois j'espère....

+ Claudine, unsere Hausverwalterin und Nachbarin hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und war stets sehr hilfsbereit + Tolle Lage, direkt am Meer, ca. 300m zum Badestrand + Die Betten waren top o Die Küchenausstattung war nicht ganz vollständig o Raumgröße entsprach der Beschreibung - Kein Glasabschluß zur Terrasse - nur ein Rolladen - Klimaanlage im unteren Schlafzimmer lies sich nicht regeln - Grill war versifft und nicht benutzbar - Ameisenbefall im unteren Schlafzimmer - Holzliegen defekt Leider alles schon in die Jahre gekommen u nd nicht mehr so schön wie auf den Bildern

Beautiful rental, great location, lovely vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa La Playa. Everything was as described (but better in person)! The doors open up right to the beach, could not ask for better spot. Claudine, who greeted us upon arrival is second to none. Honestly, she made our stay go beyond our expectations. She helped us with our bags, showed us everything we needed and even had some homemade mojito mix waiting for us (along with fresh baguette, jam, coffee and fruit for the morning -- amazing). The owners are fabulous also; checking in with us after arrival to ensure all was okay and very great from booking to checkout with communication and providing plenty of info about the rental and the area. I would definitely stay here again. We were two adults and two young kids (2, 5 years old). We enjoyed walks at the beach, the two on site swimming pools, local bakery, etc... perfection.
