Cabin overlooks beautiful Copeland Pond w/ 160' of direct water access. Huge dock w row boat, kayaks, paddle boards and 16' water trampoline(summer). Firepit w/ ADK chairs looking out to the water. Huge back deck towards water w/ picnic table. 4 bdrm cabin, 1.5 baths, Lvm kitchen. Cabin is on top of hill w lake down below. Very private pond, perfect for families. Fishing is great too! 20 minute drive to Lake George Village & beach. 7% Sales tax is added after check in.Vaccinated Dogs welcome w/fee.

Great Place to Stay

Had to unexpectedly travel for Christmas, and lucked out booking this cabin! The property manager was great to work with and the place was perfect.

My favorite vacation!

We absolutely LOVED "Cozy Cabin" on Copeland Pond! The place is decorated really cute with an Adirondack flare and is equipped with everything you could possibly need to be as comfortable as home. The deck overlooks the pond and the view is so relaxing. The best part about it for us was Copeland Pond! The dock area was great to hang out to chill and is equipped with all the water boating options you could want. There is a propane fire table as well but we didn't use it b/c the propane was out. But we didn't need it as we were only down there during the day. The water is crystal clear and the temperature was perfect for swimming! The added bonus of the water trampoline allowed us and our kids to be super active. I can't say enough good things about it! It was invigorating to say the least. Karen, our host, is very conscientious and responsive, honestly the best host I've ever had at any rental I've been to. She answered questions on the spot, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the Keurig and she answered immediately. Small on switch on the back, duh! The only thing I will say, for those who may have mobility issues like my mom, the cabin property is fairly steep and it was impossible for her to walk unassisted. Just something to keep in mind. You will get a workout walking back from the pond to the cabin but I loved it! I can't wait to stay there again! Thanks Karen!

Cozy Waterfront Getaway!

Beautiful cabin on private pond, with fishing, kayaking, and hiking nearby. Such a peaceful stay with our best fur buddy able to join us! ❤️

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had fun kayaking on the pond and exploring the area.

Hidden gem

Great house on the pond. We stayed with family of 4 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the stay - wonderful location and amenities. House is equipped very well: everything we forgot for the kitchen we found in the house. The pond is beautiful - kids and adults had so much fun with trampoline and paddle board and kayaks. The host is very responsive - we always had a response within 15 min. We want to come back.
