Excellent property, very private.
Stayed while attending the IMSA race at Laguna Seca. The house is beautiful with a chefs kitchen. Views are outstanding with many outdoor areas to relax. I will stay here again next time we're in the area.
Thanks for your nice words about our property and so glad you enjoyed your stay. Happy to hear that you would like to stay again with us on your next visit to our area.

This house was everything and more than we expected. We had a wedding in Carmel and had ample room for all guests, one being the bride, to get ready. Absolutely beautiful propery with spectacular views!!!

we had a fantastic girls getaway. staying at this house was the icing on the cake. the kitchen was perfect; we had six cooks and we never ran into each other. We attended a tennis camp; spent hours every day on court, so having the hot tub was an incredible way to sooth our tired muscles at the end of the day. Everyone had a bed. And there was plenty of room in the family room for all of us to gather to watch the U.S. Open tennis matches.
So glad you enjoyed your stay. If you are in our area atanother time, ring us up.

Host is wonderful, home is decent
Ron is a fantastic host who provides all the information you need to access this property without any issues. This is a 2-story property, which has incredible features on the main floor (kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room). However, our group found the house to be extremely hot with few shades and screens for the windows. The A/C did not work very well and a handful of light bulbs need replacing. Also, the house was generally quite dusty with several spiderwebs. Unfortunately, the lower level does not match the upstairs in terms of modernity or functionality. Could use additional updates. Would advise future guests to bring their own toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Thanks for your kind words about us supplying you with info you needed and glad you liked the upstairs of the house. Working on the downstairs is on our bucket list. Addressing your other concerns, they can be answered. There is no AC in the house and the instructions for the property that was hanging on the wall in the kitchen explained that on warm days there are two large box fans in the front hallway closet + by opening the windows on the stairs, cools the house quite adequately. I take exception to you advising our guests bring their own toiletries and paper products. Upon routine inspection after you left the house, Anna reported that there was toilet paper and Kleenix in the cabinets under the sinks in all of the bathrooms and paper towels under the kitchen sink. There was liquid hand soap at each of the sinks in all bathrooms as well as fresh wrapped bath soap. There was one light bulb out in the hallway and every other light in the house worked when plugged in ( We noticed that there were several unplugged lamps that were perhaps being used for charging electronics). These things could have been rectified with a simple call to either Don Britton or me. We were all so unhappy with your dissatisfaction. We have been renting this house for over 20 years and our top priority has always been our guests.

Wonderful home in a beautiful setting. The grounds were well taken care of and the gathering space and kitchen area was perfect for our group.
Glad you enjoyed your stay at our house. We look forward to you return visit next May.
