Cozy City Center Studio, has been recently renovated and decorated in a MODERN AND FUNCTIONAL style, perfect for 2 people or a couple. The living room, kitchen and bedroom occupy the same space. It is close to the main tourist attractions that you can walk to, there is a subway in the corner and also buses and bikes. It is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. It is perfect for a person or two. It is quiet and very warm since it has central heating and air conditioning. The bed is 1.40.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED, THE BOND WILL NOT BE RETURNED
It has 35m, but everything you need for a short stay. It is interior and this will give you peace and tranquility, which in the center is important. It has air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, microwave and ceramic hob. It is a studio, where the bedroom, living room and kitchen are in the same space, and has a separate bathroom. I include towels, and bedding. There is also a coffee machine, ground coffee and tea. In the bathroom there is shower gel and shampoo, also a hair dryer. There is an iron and ironing board and a small vacuum cleaner if necessary.

The studio is located on the 3rd floor with ELEVATOR, this is a luxury in the center of Madrid, very comfortable to carry luggage. It is close to the main tourist attractions. The building has 24 hour concierge.

The district of Justice is located in the center of Madrid, has all the services and facilities very close. There are lots of restaurants, bars, shops, trendy areas, markets, it is between Chueca and Malasaña, very close to Sol, Callao, etc. within walking distance of the main attractions. The neighborhood is safe and fun. Around the corner there is a supermarket called "Dia", where you can buy anything small that is needed, in front of the day is the Barcelo Market to buy food and in the same building there is a library and gym.

It is located exactly in the center between the metro stations of Alonso Martínez, Tribunal, Bilbao, which has access to the following metro lines L1, L5, L10, L4.

It is a very special building in the center of Madrid, the views from the roof are very nice. The location is great! The area is very lively, but the apartment is quiet, because the windows overlook a beautiful inner courtyard, not the street.

saubere, gut gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung unweit der Metro-Station Tribunal liegt in einem angenehmen Viertel. Das Morgenessen im Café Comercial war gut und günstig. Die Wohnung war sauber, etwas klein und gut gelegen. Man hört zwar die Nachbarn hantieren, in der Nacht ist es aber ruhig. Kritikpunkt: das Bett war unbequem und müsste ersetzt werden. Ansonsten ist diese Wohnung zu empfehlen

The kind of lodging you want to be in

Madrid Property ID #1929858 on VRBO is everything you could want when you stay in Madrid. Friends of ours recommended this apartment centrally located in Madrid. Although the VRBO software was not always easy to use, our pre-trip questions of the apartment owner were answered immediately, giving helpful replies, clearly communicated. It was clear that we were in the hands of a thoughtful & kind person. We had no trouble finding the place, and were met at the door by the owner. The apartment was well furnished, efficient, clean, and completely quiet, in spite of being just off of very busy streets in the center of the city. Easy transportation--right near bus & metro stops. Whether visiting Madrid's attractions like the museums, palace, cathedrals, or just strolling the nearby shopping streets, transportation was easy and pleasant. The kitchenette facility was terrific to have when we brought home food from the neighborhood markets & ate in the room. We slept well on the very comfortable bed, enjoyed hot showers in the morning & got dry afterwards using great nubby Egyptian cotton towels. We always felt safe in the neighborhood and in the apartment. We recommend this apartment without reservation, and in fact, with strong enthusiasm.

Great studio in the center of everything

Very well located, the studio is at walking place of everything and at 1mn of the metro Tribunal on shopping street Fuencaral street. Imma gave a variety of information about sights and activities in the area. I really enjoyed this apartment. The apartment is quiet, faces a courtyard so it is possible to sleep with the open window. The bathroom and shower are nice and spacious and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. You will find many things like tea, coffee, spice .. There is nothing negative to say about this apartment.

Great Apartment with a Great Location!

We recently stayed at Cozy City Center Apartment in early March and just loved it. First of all the location is perfect with the Metro AND a taxi stand just steps away. Plaza Nueva is just 2 stops away on the Number 1 line. The neighborhood is great with many stores and nice restaurants. It felt very safe. Now about the apartment itself. It was very quiet because it faces a courtyard. This is important in a noisy city like Madrid. It had an elevator, also very important, and a security person at the entrance. The bed was very comfortable and the shower nice and hot with lots of water pressure. There was a washer and a nice drying rack so we were able to do wash one night with the detergent she has there. The kitchen is well equipped and there were even things like tea, coffee, spices and plastic wrap available. Nice because you don't want to run out and get items like that if you are only cooking maybe one or two meals. Inma was very helpful and responded quickly to emails and texts. She left us a small bottle of wine and some candies on the table. A nice sight when you walk in exhausted from your flight. She could not be there when we arrived so she had her friend Raul meet us. He was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. There is nothing negative to say about this apt. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this was one of the best. Thank you for everything, Inma.

Great location and Apartment was full of everything you need for a very nice time.

This building is a great location at the steps of the metro and shopping street full of activities. It is in a secured building that was very easy to get in and out of but always felt very secure and safe. It has great ventilation, if you desire fresh air just open the window. Although just an efficiency/studio apt and small, the bathroom and shower are nice and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Very worth the price and would stay there again upon return.
