About this property

Adriel'sPlace is an open design, spacious beach house, located in a private sub-island within Anna Maria. A quiet golf residential neighborhood tucked away on the natural mangroves of Anna Maria Sound and Bimini Bay.
A private and secluded location, with low vehicular traffic, yet just a stone throw from all beaches, golf course , restaurants and the best of the island amenities .

Recently renovated with travertine marble and Brazilian cherry woods in guest quarters. A modern gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and wrap around granite breakfast bar . New environmental friendly and low allergen air conditioning system. New bathroom designs featuring rich wood cabinetry and marble tops. European style shower panels feature rain mode shower or multi-jet massage nozzles. Panoramic pocket sliding glass doors open the whole house to an inviting paver unscreened pool terrace and waterway views, great for family entertaining. Master bedroom features a queen size posturepedic bed. Guest room has 2 twin firm beds + 2 pull out twin mattresses for children. In addition a queen sofa fed is available in the family room . This house is my family's summer home. Thus I keep some personal items there and although you are welcome to use them , we ask you to treat them with respect .

Anna Maria is a unique seven mile barrier island. Located West of Bradenton and North of Longboat Key and Sarasota. Reached by either of two bridges from the mainland, it remains undisturbed and one of the most picturesque coastal scenes in Florida. No high rises, no chain or fast food, a quiet villa atmosphere dotted with bike paths and marinas, friendly locals, great shopping, fishing, boating, miles of unspoiled turquoise blue beaches.

A designated wildlife sanctuary, a protected nesting site to endangered loggerhead turtles, and home to many other species.
Only a few minutes by boat to beautiful Passage ( naturalist beach ) and Egmont Keys, ( where you can roam the ruins of a pre Spanish - USA war ) and unique among the first chartered federal preserves bird sanctuaries in the nation. Well guarded secret among locals, they feature the most beautiful beaches in the west-coast of Florida.
Driving distance from Bush Gardens Tampa and Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World in Orlando.

Enjoyable stay!

Overall I had a great time with my little pup LuLu. The highlights are the solar heated pool with beautiful views looking over the canal. The house is in a beautiful upscale community with very nice neighbors and the massage showers are fantastic.

Great location and easy access to the water

The host was very easy to communicate. The house location is great and gives very easy access to the open water with no height restrictions on boats.

Great little home on the Canal

My family & I had a great stay at Gil's home. The pool & outdoor area and access to the canal are what made the location. Gil provides bicycles, pool equipment and a kayak for use and was friendly & available to answer any questions we had quickly throughout the stay. The home is a 2 bedroom, so a little small for a family of 5 although there were extra mattresses to use in the second bedroom as well as a pullout sofa (but my daughter and I stayed by ourselves for half the stay and it was perfect for a family of two or three! I was able to work from the porch while she swam in the pool for hours.) The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet with the ability to park in the garage. We did bike to the beach on two occasions. It's too far to walk so we also drove over- and visited Bean Pointe- george is sunsets! (although parking on Anna Maria is very limited right now. The home could get a little hot in the master bedroom at times (a bedside fan was provided) as it's an older home- also w/ older decor. And the bathroom sink didn't always drain... but small issues that I never even mentioned... and the fantastic showers more than made up for it. Also, there is a good amount of construction on homes in the area- so there could be building noises if outside, but I didn't really hear it from inside the house. All in all, a great stay and place to be able to easily socially distance from- with great outdoor seating, a dock to pull our rental boat up to & nightly sunsets that were almost as beautiful from the house as the beach. Thanks for sharing your home with us Gil!
