About this property

The Villa is on two levels. The front door opens onto a hallway. There is a guests cloakroom, full kitchen, dining area and Lounge. There is a back terrace leading off the kitchen double glass sliding doors that leads onto a sunny terrace which has a built in Bar BQ area.

The two bedrooms are downstairs, The master bed room has its own bathroom en suite. Both bedrooms have access to the private pool and terrace areas.

The Vila is equipped with WiFi and a duel system Television system that caters for several languages plus UK TV stations plus a large selection of recently released Movies.

The Kitchen is well stocked with mirco wave, dishwasher, Washing machine, toaster, coffee espresso machine plus kettle. There is also a gas/ electric hob and oven.

The vila is heated via wall radiators and fly screens are fitted to all patio access doors.

Die Villa hat eine traumhafte Lage! Zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegen! Man kann sich hervorragend entspannen und erreicht den Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf kurzen Wegen! Unser Vermieter ist einfach ein Sonnenschein! Bereitet alles wunderbar vor und ist immer ansprechbar! Für Paare, die Erholung suchen, genau das Richtige! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! Beautiful Property

Villa was beautiful, photos don’t do it enough justice! Had very nice homely touches & was beautifully decorated, Gregorio supplied enough essentials to get us through until we actually shopped (including some beer & wine, very thoughtful) No aircon but fans available in the bedrooms which we didn’t use or need as much as we thought we would, there are mosquito panels in the patio doors to the pool from each bedroom (& the living/dining/kitchen areas) so we could leave those open until we’d cooled sufficiently & this was perfect. Found the pool to be quite cold myself but teenagers didn’t seem to mind it - patio itself was a lovely and private area for sunbathing so was used plenty. Villa was only a short walk downhill to the beach and strip, some nice restaurants, quite busy (end July - start of Aug) but same everywhere now so would recommend booking ahead. Failing that there’s a lovely bbq area at the villa which served us well also. Thanks for hosting a lovely family week for us Gregorio - we really enjoyed our stay!

Luz has been our home base for the past eleven years. Two years ago we settled here on a full time basis. We opened the "Souvenir da Luz" gift shop in the village as well as managing our rental properties.

This property is situated in the beautiful Acacias development. It is well maintained with stunning 180 degree sea views. The Villa is situated in a peaceful garden type setting and is just a short walk away to all that Praia da Luz has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Quiet location yet in walking distance to all the attractions that Luz has to offer. Private pool and panoramic sea views from all the front terrace areas, Free WiFi and cable TV.
Clients qualify for a discount when purchasing from our Souvenir da Luz gift shop. There is a Tennis court located in the development that is available for hire.
