About this property

Stone house of around 70 m2 located in the heart of the village of Trouhaut, 30km north-west of Dijon. For 4 or 6 people, the cottage is best equipped for your comfort: kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc., bathroom with washing machine and dryer, living room with fireplace and firewood provided, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds: sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival.
Small private garden of 20m2 with balcony overlooking the start of the Auxois Valley, barbecue and sun loungers available.

Superbe location

La location est exactement comme sur les photos. Tres bien équipée, propre, agréable. Tres bonne literie. Terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Un petit jardin suffisant pour faire la sieste, bronzer ou lire. La location bénéficie d'une cheminée fermée qui rechauffe bien toute la maison. De plus, le bois est gratuit. Je recommande ce gîte et nous y retournerons. Le propriétaire est discret, sympathique et disponible.

Enjoyable!

We had a lovely stay in a quiet and secluded village, not far from Dijon. It was as portrayed in VRBO. The owner could not be there, but there was a helpful representative who lived nearby. I would recommend it to anyone looking for lodging in this area.

Séjour en Bourgogne du 07 au 12/09/23

De retour de Bourgogne, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est très bien, fonctionnelle, dans un environnement paisible et reposant. Un accueil très chaleureux de Laurent le propriétaire. Le petit village de Trouhaut est bien situé, proche de Dijon que nous avons pu découvrir et apprécier. Nous avons également découvert la ville de Pouilly en Auxois et le canal de Bourgogne, l'abbaye de Fontenay et les sources de la Seine. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.

Absolute Ruhe auf dem Land

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Mikrowelle), hatte ein großes bequemes Bett, viel Schrank- und Ablageraum, ein recht großes Bad, einen Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht in die Natur und einen kleinen Garten. Durch das Fliegengitter im Veluxfester konnte man im Schlafzimmer immer problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die beiden Vermieter waren sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit, es gab zur Begrüßung sogar Nonnettes de Dijon und eine Schale Walnüsse. Wir haben uns hier in Trouhaut sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ort selbst ist sehr klein und ohne jede Infrastruktur, daher braucht man schon ein Fahrzeug.

Lovely gite in great location

We stayed in Laurent’s gite for 5 nights. It was perfect for our family of 4. The gite is lovely and Trouhaut is a beautiful, small and peaceful village. It was a great base to explore Dijon, Beaune and everywhere in between. Laurent is also a great host. We were a few hours delayed arriving at the gite, but Laurent was there when we arrived to show us the accommodation and answer any questions. He was also contactable throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend for a relaxed and peaceful vacation.
