Charming apartment near Opéra - 6P

3-room apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, located in the Vivienne district in the 2nd arrondissement, near the Quatre Septembre metro station (line 3).
It is located about 10 minutes walk from the Palais Garnier, the Department Stores (Galeries Lafayette and Printemps) on Boulevard Haussmann, the Louvre Museum and Jardin des Tuileries, Place Vendôme and its famous jewelers, La Comédie French, from L'Olympia.
In less than 30 minutes by public transport, you can reach the Eiffel Tower and the Parvis des Droits de l'Homme, the Arc de Triomphe and the Avenue des Champs-Elysées, the Notre-Dame-de- -Paris.
The accommodation is on the 5th floor with elevator.
It is made up of 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a shower room with WC, an equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, oven, toaster, extractor, washing machine, microwave, cooking, combined fridge-freezer...), a living room with a sofa bed.
It has fiber optics and a Smart TV on which you can connect your Netflix account.
We provide bed linen and towels.
Arrival is done independently (key box on site).
A security deposit of 600€ is required for all reservations.

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers.

The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it.

- A security deposit of 800 is required, in the form of an online payment link.
- The access to the accommodation is denied in case of non-payment of the deposit (our cancellation policy still applies).
For stays of less than 5 nights, this amount is blocked.
For stays of 5 nights or more, this amount is debited.
If no damage is found in the accommodation, the security deposit is returned the day after departure.


In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150 will be applied.
