Hikers, mountain bikers, and all lovers of Utah's red rock wonders will delight in this three-bedroom Santa Clara home, a mountain view getaway with a private patio and balcony, a stylish interior, and access to beautiful shared facilities that include a pool, a 20-person hot tub, and a fitness center.

This two-level, contemporary home is located in Paradise Village at Zion, a manicured community on the edge of small-town Santa Clara. You'll be just five miles south of Snow Canyon State Park, eight miles northwest of downtown St. George, and 53 miles west of Zion National Park - one of the crown jewels of the National Park Service.

Step inside to find a pristine and elegant living space, with an open floor plan and central AC to offer respite from the summer sun. Take off your hiking boots and kick back on the plush red sofas, use the WiFi to plan your next trek, and catch up with your loved ones as you watch the large flatscreen cable TV.

The kitchen is a natural gathering space, offering stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an airy, light-filled layout fit for entertaining. Flip pancakes each morning over the gas range, help slice fruit at the bar counter for four, and sit down to eat as a family at the circular dining room table.

Leave the plates and glasses in the dishwasher as you head outdoors for the day, swimming in the community's two-tiered pool, watching your kids play on the water slide and splash pad, and relaxing in the 20-person hot tub. Just be sure to return home in time to cook up some food on the gas grill for an al fresco meal on the patio at sunset.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this Paradise Village home will accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a tiled stall shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private balcony with views of the red rock landscape. The third bedroom is ideal for children, as it has two sets of twin-over-double bunkbeds. Additional amenities include a sofabed for extra sleeping space and a private washer and dryer to take care of your laundry needs.

Whether you're interested in mountain biking, hiking, or photographing incredible desert scenery, there are few better places to discover Utah's beauty than Paradise Village at Zion. Spend a morning exploring Snow Canyon State Park to the north, pay a visit to the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve 15 miles northeast, or simply walk down the road to Archie Gubler Park to find sports courts and a public splash pad.

Just be sure to leave ample time for Zion National Park, a stunning natural expanse full of red rock cliffs and gorges. To see some of the best views in the park, make the watery trek through The Narrows or climb to Angels Landing to see the breathtaking beauty from above.

She brought her extensive knowledge through years of training on customer safety to this business. The staff at My 2nd Home, LLC is always putting our guest's safety at the top of the list of priorities. We start by providing professionally laundered linens through American Linen Supply Company (ALSCO). This assures your sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned using commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can do. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable time staying at a My 2nd Home property, knowing that the home they are staying in has been cared for and cleaned by the best in the business.

The home itself was fantastic. We really appreciated the little extras that most properties don’t have like a broom!! There were spices, a griddle, instant pot, and other miscellaneous things that made it feel like home. The location is perfect for our wide range of ages of kids (5-17). The home is right across the street from the pool and the water slides are just around the block. The home was clean and comfy. Plenty of seating for our family of 8. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was great, came down for a grandsons baptism. Had fun in all the pools
The lock on the front door had a trick to open, just pull it tight. But once we figured out that it was fine. We enjoyed our stay 😀

Great house and lots of room. House was clean and ready to go. We never received a check in email so I called the number provided and it was a quick, prompt, easy fix. Heck out instructions were super simple, clear, and easy to follow. Definitely would stay here again if given the opportunity. Pool was great and easy to access. Garage fit a full size SUV and was nice to use with all the rain each night. Make sure you bring some basic supplies of hot up the store. Paper towels, toilet paper etc. there is enough to get started but if you are staying longer then a day or two you may want to hit up the store.

Ty and Pam owned timeshares, and Pam was the general manager of a Wyndham timeshare resort while Ty owned and operated multiple quick lubes. But years ago they realized their timeshare quarterly fees just kept growing while usage of their timeshare kept shrinking due to the fact that the timeshares were rarely located in places they needed to travel for family events, etc. They hated using hotels/motels after being spoiled with the comforts of a timeshare, so they searched for a better option and started using marketing sites such as Airbnb and VRBO to rent vacation rentals. They soon discovered they could have the quality of a time share in locations wherever they needed, and not have to pay quarterly dues! So they sold their time shares, and over time, when it was time for Pam to take on a more regional role within the resort she managed, she decided she did not want to live the next several years in airports and cities nationwide with grandchildren close to home, so she and Ty decided to start their own business managing vacation rentals.

With Pam's experience in hospitality, the business has grown in leaps and bounds. They soon discovered that most vacation rental management companies come from a real estate background and have no knowledge of what it takes to operate a hospitality business. Pam knows that regulations to the vacation rental business are coming soon, so she insists on being ahead of the curve. This is why they have contracted with ALSCO for professionally leased and laundered linens. While most vacation rentals rely on their in-home washers and dryers, Pam knows from her training that only commercial washers reach temperatures hot enough to kill bacterias which can be brought into a rental home from guests traveling from anywhere in the world. Ty and Pam also discovered other management companies as well as personally managed properties allow various cleaning chemicals to be stored under cupboards or closets where children can easily reach, leaving the property owner with an unecessary liability. As they began to manage homes which had previously been managed by other nightly rental management companies, they realized quickly that very few management companies had preventative maintenance programs in place, which Pam knows the importance of, to ensure the best condition of the property. Pam says, "Each property must have a baseline of cleanliness that must be brought back to after each guest stay. Straying from that baseline can cause long-term issues with a home that is unacceptable in hospitality standards and
